Introduction to even-denominator FQHE: composite fermions

The talk will cover an introduction to even-denominator states in the Fractional Quantum Hall (FQH) liquid using composite fermion theory. A brief review of FQH effect (FQHE) basics, including K-matrix theory, discussed previously by Nick and Scott, will also be covered.
